Dessert of the Day: Peanut Butter Fudge

If you're looking for a fast, delicious and impressive dessert - choose this one!
If you time it right you could make this during your regular dinner prep and have them ready to eat by the time you're done eating your (hopefully healthful and nutritious) dinner.

 I ate a few, then quickly threw the rest in the freezer - mostly to save myself from the deliciousness that is the homemade peanut butter cup. 
I haven't tried them from the freezer yet so hopefully I didn't destroy their goodness by doing so.

Dessert of the Day-Woops...Chocolate Fudge Sauce

I wanted chocolate fudge sauce the other day for the vanilla ice cream I had sitting in the freezer.
After reading the ingredients of various chocolate sauces in the superstore I decided to make my own.
Using this recipe I took a crack at it...
I don't think it really worked out the way it was supposed to...
I may have burnt the chocolate or something or maybe it was the agave I used instead of white sugar...but it had a weird/different taste to it.
Still edible..but I don't think the end result is what it should have been.
Oh well, sometimes you have to take a risk and see what happens!
