I wanted chocolate fudge sauce the other day for the vanilla ice cream I had sitting in the freezer.
After reading the ingredients of various chocolate sauces in the superstore I decided to make my own.
Using this recipe I took a crack at it...
I don't think it really worked out the way it was supposed to...
I may have burnt the chocolate or something or maybe it was the agave I used instead of white sugar...but it had a weird/different taste to it.
Still edible..but I don't think the end result is what it should have been.
Oh well, sometimes you have to take a risk and see what happens!
