Dessert of the Day-Veggies in my Chocolate?

 

My stainless steel straws were one of my favorite Christmas gifts this year (half because they're awesome and half because Beard-O made them) so I had to post a photo 'cause I finally uploaded the pictures from my camera...It's nice to not have to throw away straws now each time I use one...

 Well I've been keeping a yam in my cupboard for a little while now hoping to make these brownies so the homework was pushed aside for a bit and I got them done.  I didn't add as much sugar, and maybe I should have...but they're still yummy!
I also got my veggie stock made.
Yay me...
