After a weekend of heavy dinners and sweet (and delicious) treats, a large salad for dinner was extremely necessary.  I find it kind of funny that the Christmas shopping hasn't really stopped as people (me included) run around to exchange, return and hit up sales for themselves.  I admit there are some things I'd like to get also but the busy malls make me crazy so I can never stay in them long enough to find what I need...although I suppose that doesn't always stop me from trying...
The picture on the above was done after a weekend on the Sunshine Coast.  A visit from at a gallery near the ferry terminal left me inspired...
