Dessert of the Day: Happy Father's Day!

For Father's Day this year I baked two different types of cookies for Phil's dad and mine.  I knew one had to be Peanut Butter but instead of doing the classic Chocolate Chip I opted for one of my new favorite recipes.

Super Easy Peanut Butter Cookies
I like that this recipe has very few ingredients making it simple to put together.  My oven doesn't cook evenly so I was paranoid with these in the oven and checked them constantly ensuring they came out of the oven at the appropriate time.

Chocolate Cookies
I decided the second recipe would be from my favorite nutritionista.  They're a little on the dry side but they're really chocolatey and super delicious!
