This weekend did
not feel very relaxing. Saturday morning I had a three hour strata meeting touring the grounds in the cold and rain. My hands were flippin' freezing trying to hold both my umbrella and camera all morning. Agh. At least we got the extremely heavy compost bin emptied so we can
finally compost again! Hurray!!
Since it was St. Patrick's day I had invited my family over to have a
Green dinner with Phil and I. Of course my meeting ran longer than I had anticipated resulting in my rushing around to get a lot of prep work for dinner done before everyone arrived. I got a fair bit done but still had a lot to do. Thankfully everyone volunteered to pitch in to get everything completed in no time at all. At least I had appetizers this time . . .

Sunday had a bit of a slower pace. I did a bit of dishes in the morning and of course Phil and I are back to doing our Sunday brunches - well when I say
we're back to it I of course mean
me waking up to making it and
Phil waking up to eat it. Ha-ha. This morning I made pancakes from
Anita's Organic Pancake and Waffle Mix I bought recently - they turned out fabulously! I definitely recommend picking up a bag!
