Dessert of the Day: Chocolate Chocolate Cupcakes

We had an impromptu dinner party last weekend and I had only a couple hours to get dinner ready and throw a dessert together - including clean up time!
This recipe is pretty simple (as per the recipe's title) to make and tasted rich with a smooth texture to them.
