Phil and I started doing a themed date night we're un-originally calling 'Dinner and a Movie' night. We're aiming to do this once a month to start. We'll take turns choosing a movie and planning a dinner that suits the theme/setting/time of the movie.
The first movie choice was:
I've seen this movie a couple times but it was Phil's first time seeing this one. I was curious to see if he'd enjoy a movie set in the sixties as much as I do.
Our menu obviously had to be diner-type food so burgers, fries and a shakes it was. I originally thought I would make the food at home but Phil thought it was very important to keep it authentic and get take-out
(insert eye roll here).
The best part was that I didn't realize Mr. Ford was in it.
