The ladies at work decided to do a bake exchange this year and I of course couldn't pass up the opportunity to bake dessert. There are 7 of us in total so 7 dozen of these cookies were made. I made a few extras which I would recommend because of the few woopsies I had. I used
this recipe and the only change I made was using coconut milk instead of cows milk and feel it worked well. They are delicious!
