Dessert of the Day-Lemon Poppy Seed Cake

Not too much to say about this one except that it turned out to be one of the best tasting cakes I've ever made.  Very moist.  I used this recipe and almost followed it entirely.  I just added about One Tablespoon of lemon zest.
