Weekend Update-Ucluelet

This weekend my sister, her boyfriend J, Phil and I took a little road trip up to Ucluelet to do some camping and surfing. 

After a cramming all of our stuff into a tiny vehicle we made it to our campground.

We stayed at Surf Junction Campground and did our one day of surfting at Wickaninnish Beach (pictures to come, they're on a waterproof disposable camera).

 We arrived after dark, and our first night and next day were pretty rainy but we decided to check out part of the Pacific Trail anyway...

 After huddling up after our last rainy night we woke up to...

A clear day!!!!

Our campground had a hot tub so we did okay, despite the drizzles...

And found delicious cupcakes and other goodies on our way home...

I would recommend checking out Ucluelet, BC (very beautiful) and Surf Junction Campground (lovely staff, surf rentals and very clean facilities).
